Breaking News: Mourinho Agrees 5-year Deal With Manchester United


Reports according to the Daily Express is in the claim that former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has agreed to join Manchester United after signing a five-year agreement.

Jose Mourinho led Chelsea to their fourth Premier League title last season but was sacked after seeing the club endured a horrendous Premier league campaign this season. He was shown the exit of Stamford Bridge last Thursday when they mutually agreed the termination of his contract.

Under Mourinho’s watch, Chelsea were ridden close to the bottom of the player but the Self acclaimed “Special One” alleged betrayal from his players. But it now seems he will be returning to the sideline earlier than anticipated following the failings of Louis Van Gaal for Manchester United.

Since his appointment in the summer last season, Van Gaal has spent over £200 million in the transfer market but his team is yet to find its footing in the Premier league after they were knocked out of the Champions League. He is now going to be replaced by Mourinho.

After his sack, Mourinho hinted he will not be out of action for long when he said of himself:

“He will not be taking a sabbatical, he isn’t tired, he doesn’t need it, he is very positive, and is already looking forward.”

Another report in Spain according to Fichajes are in the claim that Mourinho has agreed a deal to join the Red Devils.

Mourinho was tipped to take over at United when they Sir Alex Ferguson retired and it is understood that he is a fan of United. Should the reports be true, he is fulfilling his United dream.
