Ahead of The Community Shield Clash, Mourinho Draws First Blood

Jose Mourinho seems more like the biggest troll the game of football has ever produced. The Portuguese cannot take his eyes off all things pertaining Arsenal.

Usually, he waits till the London Derby game aginst Arsenal before he dishes out his rancour, but this time, ‘the obnoxious one’ has taken his acrimony a step higher with his latest comment.

He made no kind remarks of his Arsenal counterpart and did not take time in labelling Arsenal a ‘spending club’

“If you add up the amounts clubs have spent in the last three or four years I think maybe you will find a surprise. If you put Özil plus Alexis Sanchez, plus Chambers, plus Debuchy, you will find a surprise. It’s a fantastic squad with good players, fantastic goalkeeper, they are more than ready to be a title contenders. Get a calculator, it leaves no space for speculation. If you want to be honest, objective and pragmatic it is the easiest job for a manager.”

His statement may not be considered seriously, owing to the fact that Chelsea, the club he superintends, has spent well over £300 million in the last 3 years.

Also, the ‘tongue in cheek’ statement may be passed for a pained man who is bemoaning the loss of Petr Cech to Arsenal and cannot stand the fact that we will be coming out victorious from the Community Shield clash.

He has every cause to worry, having in mind that the game will take place on a neutral ground -Wembley.
